This hotel is ideally situated for access to the airport. On arrival we had a quick swim in the pool followed by a drink at the pool bar. A little later we went shopping at the large shopping complex across the way and enjoyed a walk along the beach promenade. Finally we had a delicious well priced meal at the hotel restaurant. What else would one like to do on their last hours in France waiting for an early morning plane. Staff were exceptional.

Staff were welcoming and professional. Proximity to the airport was the main reason for choice.
Three things:The entire front of the bathroom cabinet fell over when I removed the hand towel from its rail-- the attaching screws were absent. I informed the Reception people. Also, I was surprised that there was no soap/shampoo dish inside the shower, and I had to place the soap on the floor.

Just what we were after. Airport transfer and a pool and beach on tap. Stayed here after doing Cannes and Nice for a few days each and the vibe was very friendly, family atmosphere. Great town to base yourself for train. Bus it just to stay. Hotel was clean, pleasant, breakfast was great. Maybe even a bit too quiet at times!
Staff were excellent bar a couple on the desk that weren't very helpful. Otherwise can't say anything bad at all!

The only two good things about this hotel was the staff and location. I beleive that all of your hotels should have the breakfast included in the price, when I first made the booking I ticked the boxes for half board this was not the case by the time I had relised the booking had been made therefore I had to pay for all food that we had 11euros is very expensive for the breakfast that is offered. We will not be staying at this hotel again very disappointed.

It's an airport hotel in the carpark of a shopping mall. Doesn't sound too promising... but there's more .. First, it's very convenient for and overnight fly-in, fly-out stopover, the shuttle service is fast, friendly and efficient, and the same for the exceptional front desk staff, helpful and understanding 24/7. Then the restaurant; at 21h30 on a mid-week night, I wasn't expecting much, but, with typical French pride in their food, my fresh and tasty Salad Nicoise was served with a smile and fresh crusty rolls. And, actually, never mind transit stop over, you are also in a prime location right close to the Nice seafront, but without the cost..

With a late arrival at Nice Airport I found it very convenient to go to the Information Desk and use a free phone to call the Mercure and request their free shuttle bus pick me up. I did not have to wait very long, and I was driven straight to the hotel. Next day, I used the bus to return to the airport, but to connect with the local bus into Nice. All very handy. I did not try the shopping experience at Cap 3000 across the car park, nor visit the beach front, but it is a very less crowded area than Nice Promenade and is recommended by local residents. The swimming pool looked very inviting.
